All products purchased from Sara Usman can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery for the following:
1) The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
2) The received item(s) differed from the original order.
In such cases, claims will only be entertained if any item(s) received as stated above must be reported within 24 hours with picture proof of the defected product to us via email “sara@sarausman.com”.
Sara Usman will not be held liable for any claims for damaged items after this period.
Please note, all of our items are thoroughly checked before they are dispatched.
Sara Usman have a strict NO REFUND policy, in case if the customer wants an exchange and we are unable to accommodate, we will then offer a “Credit Note” of the amount the customer has paid.
Sara Usman will not offer a refund or provide an exchange for the following:
1) Discounted/sale Items.
2) Unstitched items (once stitched, this will not be entertained).
3) Any item(s) damaged through inappropriate usage by the buyer cannot be regarded as faulty.
4) We will disregard any worn/used item(s) due to hygiene reasons, we cannot take an item back once it’s been worn).
The customer may cancel the order any time before it is processed. After the order is dispatched, we will send the customer a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information. Once the product is shipped, the Exchange Policy will apply.
Sara Usman may cancel orders for any of the following:
1) The item is out of stock.
2) Pricing error.
3) Credit card or PayPal payment is declined.
All details of Sara Usman products are given on our website and we make every effort to guarantee that the information provided is accurate. Customers are requested to review this information before making an order.
